In April 2013 a joint working committee comprising members of the Muriwai Beach Progressive Association (MBPA) and the Muriwai Environmental Action Community Trust (MeACT) conducted an online survey in an attempt to determine what values and issues were of importance to the local Community.
You can view the survey questions here.
Results were collated, peer reviewed and are anonymous.
All raw survey data is recorded along with any interpreted results; it is available for perusal on request.
Results indicate a set of core values and issues within the Community.
We are now in the process of combining results that relate to the Unitary Plan to put together a draft community submission that will be posted online and will be available for review at our public meeting on the 23rd May, 7:30pm at the Surf Club.
Total number of unique respondents :124
End May 2013: Informal feedback closes
September 2013: Unitary Plan is formally notified
End November 2013: Submissions close
